HOW PRICING WORKS

Pricing is based on volume, item type, weight, labor, access, travel, and disposal fees. Heavy materials, specialty items, stairs, long carries, and additional labor may increase the final price. All approved charges are included in the written estimate before removal begins.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Hazardous waste, regulated chemicals, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, and other prohibited items require specialized disposal and are not included unless specifically approved in writing.
